APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment to allow you enough time to slip into your robe and slippers. Take the time before your appointment begins, to enjoy a specialty beverage of either one of our specialty herbal tea's or freshly squeezed juices. If you are late for your appointment, your appointment time may be shortened, to allow for spa therapists to maintain time scheduling of other appointments booked for other clients. (Charges for late appointments will remain unchanged).

CANCELLATIONS
If you should cancel your Dermedica spa appointment, please contact the spa 24 hours prior to your scheduled spa appointment, to avoid a 50% cancellation charge. For spa packages, group packages with 2 or more parties or for treatments longer than 3 hours, Dermedica spa requires 48 hours notice and a valid credit card number at the time of booking to hold your scheduled appointment.

SPA ATTIRE
Dermedica spa will provide you with a robe and slippers for your own comfort. For your personal belongings, a secured change closet will available. Dermedica spa is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

SPA AMBIANCE
Dermedica’s aim is to provide you with a tranquil, relaxing and soothing spa experience. For your enjoyment and the comfort of others, please refrain from using your cell phone and ensure that it is turned off. Your cooperation for maintaining a calming environment within the spa is greatly appreciated.
