Gratuities are graciously accepted and not included in the price of our services, spa packages or gift certificates and cannot be added to credit cards, debit cards or cheques.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available for various services, spa packages and group packages. Gift certificates are valid one year from the date of purchase.

VIP DERMEDICA MEMBER CARD
The VIP Dermedica Member Card is a card that you can add various dollar values to the card. For every $50 dollars spent at the spa, you will receive $1 bonus point to your card. Once your bonus dollars add up, you can apply them towards your future services or products. Inquire about the program.

PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
For safety and sanitation reasons, there are no refunds for products. Dermedica spa will exchange unopened products within 14 days of purchase, provided a valid receipt is provided.
