APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment, to give you time to relax or enjoy a specialty beverage or herbal tea before your scheduled appointment. Dermedica Laser strives to maintain high standards for customer care. For the time that your appointment is booked, equipment is reserved especially for your designated appointment.

CANCELLATIONS
Please allow 24 hour notice for cancellation of your appointment, so the equipment can be allocated for other appointments. Failure to notify the Spa of your cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $50 late cancellation fee.

ARRIVING LATE
For individuals that arrive late for an appointment, your appointment time may be shortened, so that the Medical Esthetician's don't become delayed for their other later appointments.

Dermedica Laser's aim is to provide a relaxing environment. For the comfort of others, please refrain from using your cell phone and ensure that it is turned off. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
