Fusion Strand System

Our strands are tipped with a specially formulated synthetic keratin compound or vegetable bond, which is designed to blend into your natural hair, which results in a strong application that's virtually undetectable. A heat controlled electric bonding tool that melts the tip is used to individually bond the strands onto your hair. Once the tip is softened with mild heat it can be reshaped into a narrow cylinder and firmly connected to your natural hair before it's blended. As a result the bond is virtually undetectable, while at the same time, strong and resilient. With proper care and regular maintenance, our fusion strand applications can last for as long as six months. When properly installed, Dermedica's fushion strand system should not cause breakage or damage to yourl hair. In fact, clients are often delighted to see how long their own hair grows while they are wearing our extensions.

Removal is just as safe as the application of our fusion strands. The bonds can easily be removed with no damage to the hair using our specially formulated acetone-free removal gel and pincer tool.
