To all our clients at Dermedica, as we continue to follow the extensive measures that have been prescribed by our government to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Dermedica will remain temporarily closed until further notice. We are continuing to monitor the recommendations from Public Health Officials and will provide updates about the re-opening of our clinic as soon as we have more information.
If you have an appointment scheduled within the next few weeks, please note that April 2020 appointments will now have to be rescheduled. As soon as we can confirm a re-open-date, we will resume rescheduling appointments. Unfortunately, as Public Health is not able to provide a definitive date at the moment, so we cannot confirm whether Dermedica will re-open during the second half of April 2020 or if closures will carry on into May 2020.

Existing Packages & Treatment Cycles
To address the unforeseen interruption due to COVID-19, clients with laser hair removal packages that have had appointments canceled (from March 24th onwards and until the end of our temporary closure), Dermedica will provide (1) complimentary treatment session to ensure that hair cycles and/or treatments remain unaffected.
If you have purchased Dermedica Vouchers online via Groupon, please know that there will be no expiry restrictions on any of the vouchers purchased. Your Groupon voucher(s) will have an expiry date on it, based upon the time that you purchased them however, we will be honouring all vouchers purchased with no expiry. We look forward to seeing you at Dermedica once our spa has re-opened.
While we are unable to meet you in person at the moment, we are offering phone consultations for clients that wish to consult with us regarding their treatments. Phone consultations are also available to all new customers and Groupon clients that have purchased vouchers.
